With 20+ years of experience in both mortgage brokering and lending, and as a Past Chair of Mortgage Professionals Canada, she’s highly regarded for driving growth, inspiring innovation, scaling businesses, strengthening brands, delivering results and elevating broker success nationwide.
Veronica is a passionate speaker, mentor and advocate – regularly delivering insights on tech, marketing, underwriting, sales and succession planning. She’s a proud champion for women in the industry, deeply committed to mentorship, equity and creating space for others to thrive. She was named WIMI of the Year and has received numerous accolades including Global 100, Woman of Distinction and CMP Woman of Influence.
Throughout the past 7+ years at TMG The Mortgage Group, Veronica has been focused on empowering agents and brokers to grow profitable, sustainable businesses through coaching, collaboration and innovative revenue strategies. W. Mark Squire
Mark Squire is a seasoned financial services executive with 36+ years of experience across Canadian banking, mortgage lending and mortgage brokering. Throughout his extensive career, Mark has held senior leadership roles at major Canadian financial institutions and mortgage organizations, with his experience spanning national operations, mortgage lending, sales and distribution, business development, strategic partnerships and enterprise growth.
As Chief Operating Officer of TMG Enterprise Partners Inc, Mark is responsible for strategic execution, operations, growth, and the development of the platform and its partner relationships. He has been closely involved in developing the strategy and operating model behind Enterprise Partners, including its business model, value proposition, organizational structure and growth strategy.
Mark was inducted into the Canadian Mortgage Brokers Association Hall of Fame in May 2026 in recognition of his contribution to Canada’s mortgage industry.
Mark is also committed to his community and currently serves as President of the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Association, having previously served as its Director of Finance. He has also served on the Corporation Board of Cambridge Memorial Hospital and various committees with Mortgage Professionals Canada.
